Вы играете за группу гражданских, которые пытаются выжить в блокадном городе. Нехватка еды, лекарств и постоянная опасность, исходящая от снайперов и бандитов. Эта игра предлагает необычный взгляд на войну.
Темп игры задаётся сменой дня и ночи. Днём снайперы не дают вам выйти на улицу, поэтому приходится сосредоточиться на укреплении убежища, крафте, торговле и заботе о выживших. Ночью вы берёте одного из своих граждан и отправляете его на вылазку — обыскивать уникальные локации в поисках предметов, которые помогут вам продержаться. Принимайте решения между жизнью и смертью, руководствуясь своей совестью.
Пытайтесь защитить всех в своём убежище или пожертвовать кем-то ради долгосрочного выживания. На войне нет хороших и плохих решений — есть только выживание. Чем раньше вы это поймёте, тем лучше.
